Tomato chips with parmesan

4 medium carrots are washed and dried well, then finely slice. Take the carrots in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of rosemary, mix well. Place the carrot slices on top of the baking sheet so that they do not overlap. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes in a fan program. Peel the peel of 4 beets and cut them as thinly as possible with a mandolin grater. Take the sliced beets in a bowl, add a clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of white pepper, blend well. After waiting your beets in this sauce for 10 minutes, spread the greasy paper on a baking sheet and spread the beet slices on top of the paper.
